Driven by results, Mark has worked for some of the world’s leading manufacturing companies helping them to significantly improve their operations. During his 20 year career in manufacturing he has held several senior management roles and has a strong blend of systems experience.
Prior to becoming CEO, Mark was Production Manager for Watson Marlow Fluid Technology Group in Boston, USA (a subsidiary of Spirax Sarco Engineering Group (LSE: SPX), and CIO for Trinity Biotech (NASDAQ: TRIB) a leading medical diagnostics company headquartered in Ireland.
Chairman of LYNQ and one of the original founders of the company, Pete is also a regular at the local gym.
Trained as an accountant, chemical engineer and, dare I say it, banker Pete during the 30 years at LYNQ has assisted hundreds of companies to implement all aspects of their manufacturing software. With a broad range of skills Pete is trusted by senior management to help use their systems to achieve improvements in their operations whether that be accounting or manufacturing
Before setting up LYNQ, Pete was Group Systems accountant at Wadham Stringer Group, and has also worked in retail banking with what was then Midland Bank. Prior to that Pete had experience as a production engineer with Johnsons Wax.
Dan has led the development of LYNQ’s manufacturing solutions from their conception and is primarily responsible for the direction and innovation of our software.
Having worked at LYNQ for over 8 years, and with a solid background in both manufacturing and IT, Dan is also a key contributor to our implementation and sales with demo’s and customer visits. His passion for working with customers ensures we deliver a high quality service and product.
When not working on our product set, Dan loves to fish, ski and travel the world.
John has been Director of Sales and Marketing at LYNQ for over 8 years and is a dedicated and results driven individual with a strong background in creating and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
John enjoys building new relationships and strengthening existing ones which makes him the perfect choice for the face of the company. As well as having extensive knowledge of LYNQ’s product range, John is responsible for coordinating and performing product demonstrations.
In his spare time he enjoys keeping fit with a variety of running and weight lifting, spending quality time with family and friends, and relaxing with a good book.
As Customer Success Manager at LYNQ, Maria is committed to providing a first class service to all our customers from implementation through to Account Management.
With over 7 years’ experience at the company Maria is well versed in SQL, SharePoint, product customisation, implementation, customer support and business intelligence, making her a vital member of our team.
Maria is also a yoga enthusiast and loves travelling and exploring new places.
Sarah joined LYNQ recently as Support and Technical Services Manager, and brings with her vast experience in IT, strong management experience and an enthusiasm for all things tech.
Previously Director of Operations at Smart Use, and Technical Services Director at Xonitek Systems, Sarah has over 20 years IT and ERP experience across both the public and private sectors.
In her spare time Sarah is sports mad, loves dancing and is a keen singer/songwriter.
